We picked this restaurant as we wanted to have an Italian fine dining experience whilst on holiday in Vieste. We chose the 6 course chef&rsquo;s choice taster menu so it was a complete surprise what we got. In fact with the amuse bouche, breads and petit fours it was more like 9 courses. I enjoyed the ceviche however the oysters and raw shellfish was not to my taste. Loved the risotto with mixed shellfish, and the pasta with sea urchin.  The service was very good and our waiter spoke good English. It was great value for money and a memorable meal during our stay in Vieste.

Good morning, on 03/22 I booked lunch through The Fork, receiving confirmation of the reservation and only discovering upon my arrival (after a two-hour journey) that the restaurant is closed. My friends and I have been your staunch supporters for a long time and in no way would we have expected such inconvenience caused to us due to lack of reliability. Full of disappointment, I wish you to resolve these problems, considering that we have always supported you here in Puglia.
